The Idea
Our idea was not only to advertise the gorgeous steaks served at Smith & Wollensky but also to give a little insight to customers to get the best of their beef, from the comfort of their own home.

The aim was to keep the videos user-friendly but with a luxurious feel to really push that the product is of high, chef recommended quality.​

The Execution
Each video was filmed using external videographers with me and our team on-site to direct. I then edited and repurposed the footage for each social media platform, from YouTube to Facebook to Tiktok and Instagram Reels.

Learnings
It's a fantastic opportunity to be able to direct and work with other creatives so produce high-quality and premium content for our clients. Whilst we would have internally captured the content ourselves, with a quick turnaround on the project it was more efficient to find external videographers as we didn't have the full equipment required.

For the video below, I ensured to add a little personalisation by encorporating chef Henry's
signature to sign off the recipe.
